There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 9:00 AM on Monday, October 9, 2023 at the Fairgrove Elementary School Office, 2101 The Pike, Grover Beach, CA 93433. Each bidder must sign in prior to 9:00 a.m. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
