There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, May 12, 2025 at Arroyo Grande High School Front Office by the flagpole, 495 Valley Rd., Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Each bidder must sign in prior to 10:00 A.M. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
