There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, June 13, 2024 at the Branch Elementary School Office, 970 School Road, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Each bidder must sign in prior to 9:00 a.m. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.

Prequalification documents must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 to the Facilities Office at 222 Stanley Avenue, Arroyo Grande, California 93420 Attn: Lorena Castaneda.
