Public Projects

The Project consists of equipping a production well, constructing a new booster pump station, installing electrical conduit, and installing a conveyance pipeline from the well to the existing water system infrastructure, as described and implied in the Contract Documents. The work generally includes: mobilization; site preparation; trenching; furnishing materials for project; site wiring and controls installation, submittal and document preparation; compliance with regulatory requirements; surveying; temporary facilities; site maintenance, safety and security; testing; demobilization; and all labor, equipment, and incidentals required, to construct a ready for operation equipped well, booster station, and conveyance pipeline.

Maino Construction, GC, seeks subcontractors for demolition, site concrete, fencing, court surfacing and striping, athletic equipment, bleachers, benches, small shade furnishings.

Maino Construction, GC, seeks subcontractors for all existing roofing material to be removed and replaced with new PVC roofing system at both, Building 033 and Building 038. At Building 038, existing Guardian fall protection system to remain unchanged. At Building 033, contractor to provide and install new Guardian fall protection system. System to be engineered to meet CAL OSHA requirements. The University will be performing the following trades: Plumbing support for roof drain maintenance, Electrical and Engineering Services to support disconnect and replacement of existing mechanical equipment.

The work involves construction of three water system interconnections consisting of a precast concrete vault, flow control valve, flowmeter, piping, valves, electrical and instrumentation, and communication systems. The District will furnish the electrical control panels, flow meters, and globe flow control valves for installation by the contractor.

The work shall include, but is not limited to, providing all tools, materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the removal of a 36” CMP Storm Drainpipe, replacement with a 36” HDPE storm drainpipe, connection to existing headwall, laterals, and storm drain manhole, curb & gutter, sidewalk, curb opening catch basin, pavement restoration, and specified hardscape restoration. All utilities not replaced will be protected in place including manholes and returned to their prior condition. The work will also include any required traffic control, signage, public notifications, stormwater control, shoring, formwork, and all other work necessary to render the infrastructure/facility complete and operational, as shown on the Project Plans and Specifications, as specified herein, and in accordance with City of Morro Bay Standard Specifications and Drawings, Caltrans Standard Specifications, and Greenbook with whichever is more restrictive applying if a conflict arises.

General work description: The work shall include, but is not limited to, providing all tools, materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for work including horizontal directional drilling for, installation of a new force main pipe within casing, connecting it to existing upstream piping and downstream manholes, and other work included in the project plans and specification. All utilities not replaced will be protected in place including manholes and returned to their prior condition. The work will also include any required traffic control, signage, public notifications, stormwater control, shoring, formwork, and all other work necessary to render the infrastructure/facility complete and operational, as shown on the Project Plans and Specifications, as specified herein, and in accordance with City of Morro Bay Standard Specifications and Drawings, Caltrans Standard Specifications, and Greenbook with whichever is more restrictive applying if a conflict arises.

The work consists of dredging Ponds 2 and 3 at the Arbuckle Public Utility District Wastewater Treatment Plant in Arbuckle, CA. The ponds are identified on the Project Site Map.
