There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Oceano Elementary School Front Office, 1551 17th St., Oceano, CA 93445. Each bidder must sign in prior to 10:30 A.M. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
