There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 9:30 A.M. on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the Ocean View Elementary School Office, 1208 Linda Drive, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Each bidder must sign in prior to 9:30 A.M. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
