There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 9:00 A.M. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Facilities & Maintenance Office, 222 Stanley Ave., Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Each bidder must sign in prior to 9:00 A.M. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
