There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Branch Elementary School front office, 970 School Rd., Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Each bidder must sign in prior to 10:00 A.M. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
