There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, February 9, 2026 at Clark Center Main Entrance, 487 Fair Oaks Ave., Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Each bidder must sign in prior to 9:00 A.M. A District representative will be onsite at least 15 minutes prior to the start time with a sign in log. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
